At Kabir, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, or a product might not meet your expectations. This policy explains our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting us at support@kabirshoppe.com.- If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- After Shipping:
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery (see Return section below).
2. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@kabirshoppe.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or those returned without original packaging.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item via email to support@kabirshoppe.com.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
